Michelle will lead you through a guided reflection designed to help you connect with your core values and use them as an anchor for setting a meaningful intention.

This isn't about creating a resolution or deciding what you should do next. Instead, we focus on the how - how you want to move through your days, meet challenges, and relate to the people and responsibilities in your life.

How do you want to show up with loved ones when things feel busy or charged?

How do you want to manage your workload without losing yourself in it?

How do you want to respond when life feels full, uncertain, or demanding?

We'll close with a gentle yoga flow and sound bath, allowing movement and sound to help integrate what comes up and settle into a sense of ease. You'll leave with a clear intention and a sense of calm you can return to.
