Balance. Flow. Connect.

Harmoniflow is here to support your wellbeing through yoga, sound healing, and other practices that help you find harmony within so you can move through life with greater ease. Michelle guides grounded, heart-centered practices that invite clarity, compassion, and connection, from the inside out.

Our Story

Harmoniflow was created at the intersection of music and movement, and is the fruit of a desire to slow down, reconnect, and live more intentionally.  As both a lawyer and a violinist, Michelle brings a unique perspective to yoga and wellness, grounded in discipline and guided by warmth and creativity.

The name harmoniflow reflects her vision: harmony as the inner balance that comes from being in tune with yourself, and flow as the natural ease of daily living that comes from choosing actions aligned with that harmony.

Through yoga, sound healing, and authentic connection, we hold space for growth, whether you’re beginning your journey or deepening your practice.

From Legal Mind to Healing Heart

Michelle is the teacher and guide behind harmoniflow. As her legal career grew more demanding, she turned to yoga to find balance and relaxation.  What began as stress relief became a deeper journey of study, traveling to India, exploring yoga philosophy, and integrating sound healing into her practice.

Today, Michelle shares yoga and sound healing not as an escape from her professional life, but as a complement to it, blending clarity and structure with creativity and heartfelt presence.

Balance in Motion

Strength and softness, effort and surrender – the world is made up of pairs of opposites and is always changing. Balance is found in the dance between them, using spiritual practices to level out the ups and downs into a steady flow.

Flow in Presence

Like a string tuned just right, our lives resonate when attuned to the present moment, setting aside past and future, tuning in to your breath, to sound, to your own internal rhythm, allowing you to flow through life with greater ease.

Connect in Yoga

The word yoga comes from the Sanskrit word “yuj”, which means to unite, to join. True harmony arises from unity, when we focus on similarities instead of differences, when we connect with our inner self and with others.

Nectar in Discipline

The Baghavad Gita teaches us “what is bitter at first becomes sweet like nectar in the end.” The discipline of steady and consistent practices, though challenging at the beginning, ripens into ease, joy, and harmony.

Let’s flow in harmony together.
